The City of Barnwell City Hall, Police, Fire, Recreation, and Water & Sewer Administrative Offices will be closed Monday, January 19, 2026 in honor of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. Emergency services will operate a normal schedule as will Good Ole Boys Garbage Service. Again garbage service will run a regular schedule next week. Water and Sewer emergencies during the holiday can be reported to Barnwell County Dispatch at (803) 541-1080.
