We are disappointed to announce that this year’s City of Barnwell Christmas Celebration and Parade scheduled for Saturday, December 2nd has been cancelled due to a high probability of rain. We are unable to reschedule the parade due to scheduling conflicts with other surrounding communities. We will have a tree lighting ceremony on Thursday, December 7th at 5:30 PM on the circle by City Hall.
Would you like to show your community pride or promote your business or civic organization in our annual Christmas Parade? If so, please click the Parade Participation Form link above, complete the form and email it or drop it by City Hall to Parks & Recreation Director, Kevin Roberts at kroberts@cityofbarnwell.com. Home made floats, bands, motorcycles, horses and antique cars will be judged. Awards for "Best in Parade" will be announced!
