The City of Barnwell is NOT a participant in this event as the event organizer has place on their marketing brochure. We were not asked or communicated with about the event and have no information about the event. We say this being we are receiving multiple phone calls daily asking about the event due to the organizer stating on their marketing campaign to contact Barnwell City Hall for information. For the property owners along the indicated route into Barnwell again the City of Barnwell did not authorize this event, is not a participant of the event and did not give any permission to use private or public property inside the City of Barnwell for this event.
