In the regular scheduled meeting of Barnwell City Council on Monday, April 3, 2023, City Council adopted the resolution introduced by the Municipal Association of South Carolina. Each meeting hereinafter will include not only the Pledge of Allegiance, but will also include the Civility Pledge, where every member of council, staff and public in attendance will be requested to recite.
