This is an instructional program for youths ages 7-13.
Athletes will learn the basics of running, jumping, throwing, and relays.The goal is to develop endurance, strength, speed and jumping ability through running and jumping drills.All participants will have the opportunity to compete in a meet during each session registered. Participants must bring water bottle.
