This website has been developed for our citizens, businesses and visitors to gain information about our services, projects, ordinances, meetings and activities in and around Barnwell. The Council is proud of the steps that we have taken in the last few years in all areas of government and services. This website is just one project of many that we have been developing to continue with the implementation of the 2006 Master Plan.Our vision for Barnwell is for every citizen to live well through liberty, prosperity, community, and equality. With this in mind, our mission is clear: With the leadership of the council, staff, businesses and community, Barnwell will plan for the future through community and economic development, fiscal responsibility, growth management, and investment of dependable services and in the quality of life of all citizens.
