The Public Works for the City of Barnwell contains 2 separate departments: Water & Sewer and the Streets Department. Our goal for both departments is to provide professional and friendly services. In order to receive water, sewer and garbage in the city, you must show at least two forms of identification and pay a deposit fee of $45 and an administration fee of $25 at City Hall. The customer must also sign the Service Contract Addendum Agreement.
