Park Rules

• Car washes and yard sales are prohibited in any park
• Cooking permitted with permission only
• No alcoholic beverages, fireworks, or weapons of any kind allowed
• No bicycles, skates or skateboards, allowed on basketball or tennis courts
• Small children must be accompanied by responsible adult
• It is agreed and understood the City of Barnwell will assume no liability for the use of any facility or equipment. The applicant agrees to hold the City of Barnwell harmless from any incident or injury (including death), directly or indirectly, resulting from the use of the City facility or equipment.
• The City reserves the right to cancel any event at its sole discretion. While the City makes every effort to have the parks maintained properly, the City assumes no responsibility for the condition of the reserved park on the date of use.
• Please help keep the parks clean by disposing of trash in the containers.
